The Voice season 30 airs on Mondays on NBC.

Fans were upset after seeing Kavi Nyx eliminated from Coach Kelly Clarkson’s team in the Battle Rounds.

The Battle Rounds for The Voice season 30 are complete—and fans have a lot to say about one artist’s elimination.

In the October 26 episode, fans watched teens Brooklyn Marie and Kavi Nyx battle for a chance to stay on coach Kelly Clarkson’s team. The two sang a rousing rendition of Sia’s hit “Titanium,” leaving Kelly, Adam Levine, Riley Green, and Queen Latifah struggling to decide who would move forward.

“You’re both the most unique singers on my team,” Kelly told the duo in a YouTube clip. “You have a quality to you that’s unlike anyone else in the competition.”

Ultimately, Kelly chose Brooklyn as the winner, and Kavi left The Voice.

Given how much talent Kavi showed leading up to her Battle Round, fans slammed Kelly and the other coaches for not snatching her up to continue in the competition.

“So no one stole [one] of the most unique voices and singing styles The Voice has had in years?! This season would have been so much more intriguing with Kavi,” one person said in the comments. “Kavi was the clear winner,” another agreed. “Can’t believe Kavi didn’t win this!!!” a different follower added.

Kavi first turned heads earlier this month, when her moving audition of Billie Eilish’s “Wildflower” aired on NBC. At the time, Kelly and Adam immediately turned their chairs around.

While Kavi hasn’t commented on her elimination, she did note on Instagram how excited she was for fans to see her performance.

“And finally, I'm stepping in the ring to battle @thebrooklynmariemusic 🥊!!!” she wrote on October 25. “Don't miss our battle on @nbcthevoice tomorrow night!!!”
