We absolutely adore Biscoff. We love it so much that we’ve practically found a way to work it into every dessert you can think of (see below). So when we heard there was a brand-new espresso-flavoured Biscoff biscuit launching, we had to share the news immediately.

The new launch is a limited-edition partnership between Biscoff and Tomorrowland, launching the Biscoff Sandwich Biscuit in an Espresso flavour - and we’re very intrigued by the sound of it. It takes the classic caramelised biscuit and pairs it with a smooth coffee-style filling, which feels like a very natural next step for the brand. Biscoff and coffee have always gone hand in hand (hello, Biscoff lattes), so seeing it turned into a biscuit format makes a lot of sense.

There’s also a fun design twist. Instead of the usual Biscoff branding, each biscuit features a special Tomorrowland logo engraving, tying the launch to the iconic music festival and giving it a new appearance.

We expect it to still have that familiar spiced, slightly caramel flavour Biscoff is known for, with the addition of an espresso-style cream that brings a deeper, slightly bitter contrast. Plus that signature crunch from the biscuit, followed by a creamy centre - exactly the kind of texture combination that makes Biscoff so addictive in the first place. And if you’re anything like us, anything with a coffee twist is always going to catch your attention around that mid-afternoon slump.

The new biscuits will retail for £1.50 per pack and will be available to buy in Tesco stores from 20 May.
