Aldi has launched an exciting new 'giant' chocolate bar that looks somewhat similar to *that* viral chocolate bar - but this one is called the Big Slice Brownie Edition, a chunky chocolate-coated brownie bar that’s already being compared to M&S’s cult Big Daddy Bar...but it's almost half the price.

Retailing at just £3.99 for a generous 200g size, the Aldi 'Big Slice' bar feels genuinely innovative as we haven't seen a brownie filling like this before. Rather than simply being a thick slab of chocolate and biscuit, this one leans fully into dessert vibes with a rich, fudgy brownie centre and a gooey chocolate sauce running throughout the middle.

And shoppers are calling it a 'must-try' bar already. Think dense brownie chunks, a thick milk chocolate coating and an almost molten-style filling that oozes as you bite into it. Apparently it’s designed to be sliced up and shared… but we'd love nothing more than to sink our teeth straight into this one (sorry dentists..).

This bar would also be exceptionally good thrown into our brownie recipe (like the video above) - nothing better than a triple-choc chunk brownie with even more chocolate decadent thrown in for good measure.

The Big Slice Brownie Bar is available in Aldi stores nationwide already, but because it's a Specialbuy, it's unlikely to stick around for long. If you spot one, it’s probably worth grabbing before everyone else does.
