Cadbury is on a bit of a roll this year when it comes to new product launches. First came the surprisingly delicious new Brunch Bar flavour (with orange and Rice Krispies), then the announcement that a golden-dipped Twirl is on its way later this year. And now, the chocolate giant has dropped another intriguing creation that sounds made for summer - the new Cadbury Dairy Milk Strawberries & Cream Frappé bar.

Inspired by the popular coffee shop drink, the limited-edition chocolate bar combines Cadbury Dairy Milk chocolate with crispy strawberry-flavoured rice pieces and a smooth strawberries and cream-style layer running through the middle. It’s bringing together all the textures we want from a chocolate bar: crunchy, creamy and velvety smooth.

The flavour feels perfectly timed too with summer here and Wimbledon on the horizon as well all know that strawberries and cream is synonymous with garden parties or simply making the most of the sunshine, and Cadbury has given the classic combination a more modern twist by taking inspiration from a frappé.

The new bar has already started appearing on shelves in Morrisons, Iceland and The Food Warehouse, and early reviews have been overwhelmingly positive. Shoppers who have managed to get their hands on one are praising the combination of creamy chocolate and crispy strawberry pieces, with some already calling it one of Cadbury’s best limited-edition launches in recent years.

We’re also particularly excited by the texture. The addition of the crispy strawberry pieces sounds like it should stop the bar from feeling too sweet, while adding a satisfying crunch in every bite.

If Cadbury keeps this pace up, 2026 might end up being one of its strongest years for new product launches yet. And with a golden Twirl still to come, there’s clearly plenty more excitement on the horizon.
