Hurray, it’s the start of the summer holidays! (She says through gritted teeth.) Whether you’re counting down the days for extra time with your little ones or wondering how you’re going to keep the kids entertained for six whole weeks, there’s no denying the holidays can put a real strain on your finances.
Thankfully, plenty of restaurants are helping families cut the cost of eating out this summer. From family favourites like ASK Italian and Zizzi to treat-worthy meals at Burger & Lobster and Gordon Ramsay Restaurants, there are plenty of kids-eat-free (or for £1) deals to take advantage of.
To make things easier, we’ve done the hard work and rounded up the best offers in one place, so save this guide, send it to your parent pals and keep coming back to it whenever you’re planning a meal out.
Some deals require an app, voucher or reward scheme, while others are available if you simply turn up – but it’s always worth checking the terms and conditions before you visit, just in case.

The best kids-eat-free restaurant deals this summer
Best for a special meal
Burger & Lobster
Offer: Children under 12 eat free from Burger & Lobster’s Little Claws menu with every adult main ordered.
When: From 25 June to 1 September 2026.
What to know: The menu includes children’s favourites such as mac and cheese, beef burgers and panko chicken strips. All kids meals come with a choice of side and ice cream.
Fogo de Chao
Offer: Children under 8 dine free with a paying adult.
When: All day, every day.
What to know: Skewers of meat are carved tableside one after another, and kids control the pace themselves by flipping their table marker from green to red.
Gordon Ramsay Restaurants
Offer: Kids under 10 can eat free
When: All day, every day at participating Gordon Ramsay Restaurants this summer.
What to know: For every adult ordering two courses from the à la carte menu, one child receives a main course from the Ramsay Kids menu for free.
Jamie Oliver’s Catherine Street
Offer: Children under 12 eat free with every adult main ordered.
When: Monday to Friday, 12pm-3pm, from 25 June to 1 September 2026.
What to know: Kids will receive a main, dessert and drink, as well as a colouring pack and crayons. All mains contain two portions of veg.
Marco Pierre White
Offer: Kids eat free when dining with a full-paying adult.
When: Available across school holidays, excluding Saturdays after 6:00pm.
What to know: For every full-paying adult main course ordered from the à la carte menu, one child, under 12, receives a free two-course meal.
Best for a casual meal out
Offer: Children under 12 eat free with every adult main ordered.
When: Valid all day, every day from 17 July to 6 September (England and Wales), and from 29 June to 6 September (Scotland).
What to know: Available via the ASK Perks app, little ones get a full three-course meal for up to two kids, including Happy Face Pizzas and dip & dunk pasta completely free, with any adult main order.
Bill’s
Offer: Kids eat free with any adult main order.
When: Available until 1 September (excluding Saturday and Sunday).
What to know: Up to two kids can eat free when one adult orders any main (breakfast, brunch, lunch or dinner).
Brewdog
Offer: Little ones receive a free main, side and drink when ordering one adult’s main meal.
When: Every day until 31 August.
What to know: Choose from cheeseburgers, chicken tenders, fries or salad, plus a drink from the Hoppy Meals menu. Simply select the KIDS EAT FREE booking type and order one adult’s main meal.

When: Every day of the week this summer break.
What to know: Includes a free kids main, side, drink and dessert, and comes with crunchy veggie sticks and sliced apple on the side.

TGI Fridays
Offer: A free kids’ main, two sides and fizzy fruit cooler with every adult main purchased.

What to know: Available for new and existing Stripes Rewards members.
YO! Sushi
Offer: One free kiddos bento box, per child when dining with a paying adult (minimum £10 adult spend).
When: All day Monday to Friday during local school holiday dates.
What to know: Under 12s only.
Zizzi
Offer: One free three-course Bambini Meal, with the purchase of one adult main meal.
When: All day, every day, from 17 July to 6 September.
What to know: This offer is for Zillionaires’ Club members only. You must be able to present your valid code to a waiter upon payment.
Best cafe and supermarket deals
Tesco
Offer: One free Kids Hot Meal Deal, Kids Breakfast or Kids Pick ’n’ Mix deal with any full price adult purchase when they scan their Tesco Clubcard.
When: 25 June to 1 September 2026, seven days a week.
What to know: The adult purchase can be as small as an apple costing just 65p! And there’s no limit to the number of kid’s meals you can redeem.
Morrisons
Offer: Children under 16 can get a free kids’ meal, including a drink, with every adult main meal purchased over £5.
When: All day, every day, including the summer holidays.
What to know: Choose from Birds Eye Chicken Dippers, Birds Eye Fish Fingers, Birds Eye Green Cuisine Veggie Fingers or Goodfella’s Mini 4 Cheese Pizza and any kids drink – which would usually be £4.00 each.
Available all year round
Bella Italia
Offer: Kids can enjoy three courses & a drink with the purchase of an adult main.
When: Sunday to Thursday, year-round.
What to know: One child per each adult main meal purchased. This means if two adults are dining and both order a main meal, then two children can enjoy the offer. There are also colouring sheets and activity packs.
Las Iguanas
Offer: A free kids’ main, two sides and dessert with every adult main purchased.
When: Year-round at all Las Iguanas locations.
What to know: One child, under 12, can enjoy a free main, two sides and dessert per paying adult via the Las Iguanas App.
Pausa Cafe at Dunelm
Offer: Choose one kids main, two snacks and one drink with every £5 spend.
When: All day, every day, year-round.
What to know: The £5 spend must be made in the Pausa Cafe (not Dunelm), and if you spend £10, then two children can claim a free meal.
