If your Christmas drinks trolley is looking a little bare, you'll be pleased to know that you can pick up a 1L bottle of Baileys for only £10 from Sainsbury's from today - but there is a catch..

The price is down from £22.75, meaning shoppers are getting the bottle for less than half its usual price which is an absolute steal, especially for the size! And if you're working with a 50ml serving (recommended by Baileys), that works out at just 50p per glass – although, of course, exactly how many glasses you get from a bottle will depend on how generously you pour (no judgement here).

It's worth noting that the deal is exclusive to Nectar Prices, so you'll need to scan your Nectar card at the checkout in store to get the discount. If you're shopping online, the saving will be applied automatically if your Nectar and Sainsbury's accounts are linked.

And there's another Baileys saving to take advantage of. The Baileys & Terry's Chocolate Orange Irish Cream Liqueur is currently £11 for 50cl with Nectar Prices, down from £17, and is available across all regions until 1 January 2027.

baileys sharing mousse

We love Baileys on its own, over ice - but have you ever tried it as a chocolate mousse? Our sharing mousse recipe is one of our favourite desserts we've ever tried! We'll definitely be stocking up on a bottle of two.
