And just like that, the penultimate episode of The Celebrity Traitors is here. Episode 8 left us on yet another cliffhanger as Sharon Rooney and Joanne McNally battled it out to convince the players they were Faithful - but who will survive another night (er, hour?) and who will be packing their bags?
Perhaps even more importantly, what else is in store in episode 9? Will the Traitors recruit (anyone else heard about a recruitment spree?). Will there be a double murder? Will James Acaster be ok? Ahead of tonight's episode, here's everything you need to know before you tune in, including what time the penultimate episode is on, who's still in the game and when the final is on.
What time is The Celebrity Traitors on TV tonight?
The next episode of The Celebrity Traitors (episode 5) will air tonight, Thursday 29th October at 8pm on BBC One. You can also watch it on BBC iPlayer. The episode will be an hour and five minutes long.
What will happen in episode 9 of The Celebrity Traitors?
Episode 8 ended on quite the cliffhanger: another Round Table had almost drawn to a close, with Sharon Rooney and Joanne McNalley battling it out to prove to their fellow players they were Faithful. Sadly, both of them are, so whoever gets banished, it would seem that it's another victory for the Traitors. Can this game get any easier for them?
So, who's most likely to be our latest victim? Our money's on Sharon leaving. Given that Kenny has the double vote power and his 'first' vote was Sharon, we can't see any reaso he'd change his mind on his second vote. Wouldn't that make him look a little suspicious, and give him some explaining to do? And we all know that's the last thing a Traitor needs.
In the penultimate episode, we're also expecting the Traitors to commit their latest murder after Round Table. The latest victim was Miranda Hart, which was a shocker for both the players and us at home. So will Maya, James and Kenny choose the shock factor again - or could they change tact altogether and decide to make a recruitment?
What to read next
Our next question is: what will become of bag-of-nerves James Acaster? He seems to still be flying under the radar by embodying the ultimate yes man and agreeing to whatever his cast mates tell him - but if reports are to be believed, something explosive is about to go down in tonight's episode. We're bracing ourselves.
