The Voice returned for season 30 on NBC on September 21.
Former coach Reba McEntire celebrated the show’s milestone with a post on Instagram.
Fans begged Reba to return to The Voice as a coach.
Reba McEntire is celebrating a milestone on The Voice, and fans have a lot of questions for her.
The NBC series kicked off season 30 on September 21, with Kelly Clarkson, Riley Green, Queen Latifah, and Adam Levine as the coaches. While they’re busy looking for new artists, Reba, who coached seasons 24, 25, 26, and 28 between 2023 and 2025, marked the occasion by supporting those on the newest season.
“#TheVoice is back tonight on @nbc for the 30th season! 🤯,” she wrote on Instagram alongside photos from her time on The Voice. “Glad I got to keep that chair warm for a few seasons... I’m sending my love to the coaches and wishing good luck to all the contestants 🎤❤️ @nbcthevoice.”
While fans loved seeing Reba nod to the show this way, some hoped she would come back at some point.
“Not the same without you Reba ❤️❤️👑,” one person wrote in the comments. “Please return to @nbcthevoice! You were my favorite coach!” another penned. “I only watch when you are on it! Please be a judge again!” a different follower added.
While Reba’s not part of The Voice this season, she’s still busy! In fact, she’s working on her sitcom Happy’s Place, with season 3 set to premiere on Friday, October 23, 2026, on NBC.
“We’re officially back in production on the third season of #HappysPlace...it’s like a family reunion! 🍻,” she wrote on Instagram back in August. “Catch up on all episodes on @peacock before season 3 premieres this October on @nbc 📺.”
This is amazing!
