Is Dancing With the Stars on tonight?

Fans can tune into the newest episode of Dancing With the Stars on Monday, November 2, 2026, at 8 p.m. ET on ABC and Disney+. The show teased this change back in September.

“Mark your calendars and prepare to make these #DWTS theme nights your personality each week 🗓️✨,” the caption read on Instagram.

Why is Dancing With the Stars on a different night?

According to ABC’s official TV schedule, provided by TV Insider, the episode change is due to the network’s coverage of the 2026 elections. ABC News Election Night: Vote 2026 will air on Tuesday, November 3, 2026, from 8 p.m. to 11 a.m. p.m. ET.

What is this week’s theme on Dancing With the Stars?

In week 8 of the competition, the contestants will perform routines honoring Disney on Broadway.

While we don’t have all the details yet, it’s likely the eight remaining couples will dance to songs from musicals like Newsies, Peter Pan, Aladdin, Hercules, and more. What’s more, the show will welcome musical icon and Wicked movie star Cynthia Erivo as a guest judge.

According to TV Insider, the show is bringing back its team dances, with co-hosts Alfonso Ribeiro and Julianne Hough joining in for the performances.

How exciting!
