KFC is turning up the heat this spring with a brand-new menu that’s not for the faint-hearted. Enter the Daredevil Zinger range, a limited-edition line-up designed to test just how much spice you can handle...and it comes with levels.
Landing nationwide from today, 20 April until 17 May, the new range invites spice lovers to choose between Hot, Hotter or Hottest and it’s already shaping up to be one of those controversial launches you see all over socials.
At the centre of it all is the Daredevil Zinger Burger, built around KFC’s iconic spicy fillet but taken several steps further. It’s stacked with cheese, jalapeños, lettuce and burger sauce, then finished with your chosen heat level. That starts with a milder sweet chilli, moves up to a zingy supercharger, and peaks with a full-on Sriracha Firecracker. It’s all served in a spicy habanero bun too, so the heat really does come from every angle.
And if that wasn’t enough, there are also Daredevil Loaded Fries. These are KFC’s seasoned fries topped with popcorn chicken, jalapeños and a mix of sweet chilli and Zinger ranch sauces. Bold, messy and definitely something we are craving right now.
Spicy food is having a real moment right now, with heat challenges taking over social media and menus alike. This feels like KFC leaning fully into that trend, giving fans a chance to test their limits (and probably film the aftermath). Prices start from £6.99 for the burger, with meals and loaded fries also available.
