Nigella Lawson is back on our screens very soon, as the new series of The Great British Bake Off gets ready to launch into our living rooms next month. Nigella, who is joining the show for the first time as replacement judge to Dame Prue Leith, shared a teaser clip for the upcoming season - and we can't get enough of her fabulous jumpsuit.

In a video posted to her Instagram account, Nigella can be seen inside the iconic Bake Off tent, padding towards the camera with a fork in hand. As she gets closer she says, 'Oh, luscious!', as though about to take a bite of the screen, before it switches to a flashing message reading 'The Bake is Back'. We officially we can't wait for the new series to start! One reason we're excited, is to see what fabulous looks Nigella will be serving alongside the contestant's pavlovas, breads and buns. And, judging by her striking purple jumpsuit in this clip, we've got plenty to look forward to.

In the teaser video, Nigella wore a wide-leg, zip-up jumpsuit with a belted waist and puff sleeves by Me+Em. The good news is that her exact look is still available to buy online and is on sale for 60% off (at time of writing). This takes the price from £395 to £158 for a complete outfit. The less good news is that sizes are rapidly selling out, so you'll have to be quick!

The same style jumpsuit is also available in navy (Nigella wears it in the 'violet' option), although this is at the slightly higher price point of £197.50 for 50% off, and sizing is still limited.

Nigella will be starring in her first series as alongside long-time judge Paul Hollywood. She is stepping in for Dame Prue Leith, who judged the show for 9 years, after taking over from Dame Mary Berry in 2017.

In a caption alongside the video, Nigella said that she had 'loved every minute' of filming and that it had been 'a real honour to be part of something so special.' However, she added that she was 'a bit nervous' now the show would be hitting screens soon, but also 'very excited, and extremely happy'.

The new judge also thanked Paul Hollywood and presenters Alison Hammond and Noel Fielding for making her 'feel so instantly part of the family. You three plus cake: talk about the dream job!' Nigella confirmed that the show would be back for it's usual September slot, although the exact date is still yet to be announced.
