Fans sounded off on Riley and Michael’s interaction on Instagram.

Country music singer Riley Green is making his way to The Voice, and another music superstar has some thoughts about it.

Earlier in May, fans were ecstatic to learn that Riley would be a coach on The Voice season 30, along with Adam Levine, Kelly Clarkson, and Queen Latifah.

While there's still some time before the season premieres this fall, one former mentor is already giving Riley a shoutout. As Riley gave an interview on the red carpet at the 2026 Academy of Country Music Awards on May 17, former coach Michael Bublé popped up next to him.

“I don’t want to interrupt, but I love you, and I’ll see you later,” Michael told Riley in a video captured by Entertainment Tonight and posted to Instagram. “Future winner, dude. I feel it. I’ll be voting—I’ll be cheating, voting a bunch of times.”

When asked what Riley brings to the table, Michael gave him a huge compliment.

“I think he’s a tremendous musician,” Michael added. “He’s a beautiful guy, he’s an empathetic guy.”

Many of Riley’s fans had the same thought about his prospects as a coach.

“He’ll definitely win!!! You’re so famous!!!❤️❤️❤️🔥🔥🔥,” one person exclaimed in the comments. “Every girl be picking RG 😂,” another agreed. “@rileyduckman you’re such a talented guy, and looking good 👍🏻,” a different follower added.

Michael appeared on The Voice from seasons 26 through 28. He coached season 26 winner Sofronio Vasquez and season 27 champion Adam David.
