It's Cheltenham Races this week, and each day of the event has seen a smattering of stars (even Royal Family members!) attending. On Friday (13 March), one of our favourite faces arrived at the event - and had an unexpected guest in tow. Hannah Waddingham was spotted enjoying the event while holding hands with a new man...
Walking around Cheltenham Races on Golden Cup Day today, Hannah was hand in hand with surgeon Nick Beresford-Cleary, and the pair appeared to be having a lovely time together. They could be seen laughing, smiling and chatting as they enjoyed their day - and they even co-ordinated their outfits for the occasion.
While dress codes at other horse racing events often involve long dresses, lots of floral print and plenty of fabulous hats, Cheltenham style has much more of a 'country manor' feel to it. Hannah looked fabulous in a three-piece suit and tie, complete with a trilby hat. Hannah went for brown checked tailoring, and Nick co-ordinated seamlessly in a similar print but in black and grey, to avoid being completely matching. And, while Hannah had a buttoned collar and tie, Nick balanced out their style combination with a roll neck jumper and sleek black jeans.
Earlier this week, the women of the Royal Family enjoyed a day at Cheltenham together, as Queen Camilla, Princess Anne and her daughter Zara Tindall invited Carole Middleton (The Princess of Wales' mother) to join them at the races. For the occasion, Carole borrowed a key accessory from her daughter's wardrobe - Kate's trilby hat. While Hannah's own was green, Carole's was navy with a feather trim, creating a peacock feel.
