Aren't we all just a little bit in love with Fiona Shaw? And, at the premiere for her latest film, the star won us over with her witty red carpet poses - and fabulous outfit. Fiona's co-ordinating two piece is so flattering and has given us just the wardrobe inspiration we needed. So get ready to throw out your dresses! (Okay, donate, lend, recycle or maybe just don't wear them on your next outing - you know what we mean!)
Fiona was attending the world premiere of Sense and Sensibility at the Odeon Luxe in London's Leicester Square. During the photocall, Fiona treated photographers to a range of fabulous poses, including putting her fists up and lying alongside a decorative display of grass and flowers. For the occasion, she wore a relaxed suit in royal blue crepe. The wrap-around jacket added a casually cool air to her ensemble, and she wore the jacket with matching wide leg trousers which swept the ground over her stiletto heels.
Fiona's two-piece set is a brilliant alternative to a dress, which feels fresher and more modern while still looking dressed up. Worn without the heels, the look could easily translate to daywear, too. As we all know, the British weather is anything but reliable, so pieces like this which can be layered over and underneath other items are worth their weight in gold in your wardrobe.
