While tuning in to the Today show this morning, we couldn’t help but notice Jenna Bush Hager’s casual Friday look. She looked professional yet relaxed in the coziest fall fit, complete with loose waves and dainty jewelry. It looked like the perfect getup for a tailgate, a trip to the pumpkin patch, or a visit to the local haunted house. And luckily, her top that made the outfit is still in stock!
You can find the striped rugby at Anthropologie, and it comes in sizes XS through XL (XXS is currently out of stock). It's from Rails, a Los Angeles-based brand that blends laid-back California style with timeless staples. Comfortable and stylish? This is right up my alley!
There are so many things to love about a good rugby, especially Jenna’s: the dark, moody colors, the relaxed silhouette, and the versatility to wear alone or as a layer when it’s crisp. Plus, it’s made from a soft merino wool and cotton blend.
And styling is quite easy too. Pair the polo with loose jeans for a laid-back vibe, structured trousers for a Friday office look, or with a skirt and cowgirl boots for an outing with friends. Cuff the sleeves back and slip on a watch and arm candy, or unbutton the top to reveal your favorite necklaces, like Jenna did.
But I won’t beat around the bush: The TV host’s particular rugby is pricey at $258. Luckily, the look isn’t hard to recreate.
