Stassi Schroeder and her husband Beau Clark are currently starring on House of Stassi on Hulu.

The reality star opened up to Good Housekeeping about raising her kids on social media and TV.

Stassi Schroeder isn’t afraid to show her kids on TV and social media.

The House of Stassi star, along with her husband Beau Clark, lives her life for all to see. While Stassi often shares moments of her work life and friendships, she also shows herself parenting her daughter Hartford (age 5) and son Messer (age 2).

Recently, Stassi and Beau sat down with Good Housekeeping and chatted about the decision to put their kids online.

“We wrestled with this when they were born, like, ‘okay, are we going to put them on social media?’” she said over Zoom ahead of the House of Stassi premiere. “ It still keeps me up at night, and it's still an ongoing conversation in our heads.”

Stassi says the couple is ultimately thinking about the bigger picture.

”When I think about the way the world is going, everyone is on social media,” she says. “It is a part of literally everything we do in every category of our life. If I didn't put them on social media or I didn't include them in this, when they start going to therapy when they're 18, are they going to complain about the fact that I put them on social media and a show? Or are they going to complain about the fact that, ‘Wait, why didn't you?’”

She and Beau want to give them as much help as possible to make it big.

“I always want to be able to give my kids a head start at anything, and they were born into a reality TV circus family,” she jokes. “This is our version of nepo babies. Sorry, this is the family business! So, if they choose to do that, at least I'm giving them a head start. And until they get like, ‘I don't want to do it,’ then that's a conversation.”

For now, though, it’s fun for the entire family.

“They love doing it, and they ask to watch back their scenes on Vanderpump Villa,” Stassi says. “Whenever there are scenes of them, they want to just sit and watch it.”
